Sugar Profile Method by High Performance Anion Exchange Chromatography with Pulsed Amperometric Detection in Food, Dietary Supplements, Pet Food and Animal Feed
A gap has been identified by the industry for accurate sugar analysis in a variety of sample types. A method is required that can overcome the common issues seen with the methods available today that can have interferences or issues with precision and accuracy when applying them to other matrices. This work describes an optimized High-Performance Anion Exchange with Pulsed Amperometric Detection method for the analysis of nutritionally relevant sugar compounds that includes galactose, glucose, fructose, sucrose, isomaltulose, lactose, and maltose.
