Eurofins US Food Expands CDPHE Hemp Testing Laboratory Certification to Colorado Location

Eurofins Microbiology Laboratories, Inc (Lafayette, CO) is excited to announce it has been certified by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to conduct microbial hemp compliance testing for industrial hemp and hemp-derived products. The laboratory is certified to test Salmonella spp., Shiga-toxin producing Escherichia coli (STEC), total coliforms, total aerobic plate count (APC), and total yeast and mold on certain industrial hemp edible products, oral tinctures and supplements, topical products, beverages, and pet treats.
Working in conjunction with our Eurofins Food Chemistry Testing laboratory in Madison, WI, Eurofins offers the full suite of required CDPHE-certified hemp testing including microbials, potency, moisture, pesticides, heavy metals, mycotoxins, and residual solvents.
As all industrial hemp products manufactured and/or sold in Colorado must be tested according to the CDHPE guidelines, including meeting the correct testing criteria and using a CDHPE-certified testing lab, the addition of our Colorado laboratory to this program provides a high-quality, in-state resource to meet these needs.
