Organoleptic Analysis: How Our Sensory Panel Can Sell More of Your Product
Organoleptic analysis is an important aspect in gauging a product’s shelf-life and marketability. Even when data shows that products are safe and meet nutritional claims, it’s still imperative to examine how the product is perceived by the senses. Organoleptic analysis can be used on a wide variety of products, including (but not limited to) human food, dietary supplements, pet food, and feed. During this webinar, Mr. Guy Rimbey will focus on different types of approaches to organoleptic analysis, the different panel sizes that may be utilized, and organoleptic aspects which may be monitored.
Mr. Rimbey, Project Manager of Stability & Sensory for the Eurofins Nutrition Analysis Center, has been with Eurofins for 6 years in different capacities of quality, safety, stability, and sensory management.
