Improved Method for Vitamin C Analysis in Serum
Vitamin C is essential for the development of normal connective tissue and human health. There are unique challenges with the sample preparation of Vitamin C due to the unstable nature of the compound. This poster discusses how differing sample preparation and HPLC columns can affect the testing for Vitamin C in serums.
