Vitamin K is an essential vitamin that is necessary for biological activity. With multiple sources of Vitamin K available from a variety of sources, it is critical to ensure that the methodology used to determine vitamin K content in serum, food, and dietary supplements is appropriate. This paper discusses different modes of detection for sensitivity, selectivity, and specificity.
