Contaminants of Emerging Concern

Contaminants of Emerging Concern (CECs) are compounds that may be in your water but are not routinely monitored. Some examples of CECs are part of a group called Pharmaceuticals and Personal Care Products (PPCPs) that are often detected in water sources.
