Lee has overseen asbestos laboratories for over 25 years in the Greater Houston Area. He specializes in the analysis of asbestos by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Prior to opening Eurofins J3 Resources, Inc., Lee was the southwest regional manager for EMSL. In addition to running the Eurofins J3 Lab, Lee is a published co-author of five peer-reviewed investigations involving TEM analysis of asbestos in human lung tissue. Lee serves on the ASTM D22.07 Air Quality Technical Committee and has had the honor to present his knowledge and findings in asbestos-related research at the Collegium Ramazzini held in Carpi, Italy, the Harvard School of Public Health, and the ASTM Johnson Conference. Lee also serves on the U.S Pharmacopeia Expert Panel on Talc Methods and is a full member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association.
