Eurofins DPT recognizes that we are considered a critical vendor for clients like you, and that you need oversight over our testing activities as a regulatory requirement for your products/ services. To assist in the need for oversight of our laboratory(ies), Eurofins DPT offers you access to the following:

Eurofins DPT Licenses and Registrations

Download the necessary regulatory record(s) by selecting the appropriate Eurofins DPT testing site(s) and clicking on a record’s hyperlink. You now have the current licenses, permits and certificates as well as historical records (2018 to present).

NOTE: Many regulatory bodies are still experiencing delays in performing on-site inspections, as well as issuing updated certificates or extensions.  The Eurofins DPT Regulatory Affairs department remains vigilant in monitoring expiration dates and actively communicating with those offices. We post our certifications to this webpage as they are made available by the Regulatory body. Check back to this webpage 7-10 days before a certificate’s expiration as the new version will likely have been issued by that time.

Eurofins DPT Self-Assessment

This packet of documents has been compiled to reflect the Quality Management System’s state of compliance for all Eurofins DPT laboratory locations, and is designed to be used for desk audits. You have access to a comprehensive QMS self-assessment survey (updated quarterly), current and approved version of the Eurofins DPT Quality Systems Manual, the Eurofins DPT Organizational Overview and Chart, and a list of donor eligibility commonly ordered test kits.
