Course Description:
In February of 2020, the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) announced the new 2020 Benchmarking Requirements and added Food Safety Culture as a new element in an effort to address the chronic food safety failures that lead to foodborne illness. In this one-day virtual training, taught by a live instructor, Eurofins network of companies will introduce and define food safety culture and review in detail the key elements of success.
