Course Description | Food Safety System Certification 22000 (FSSC 22000) is a GFSI benchmarked food safety standard built for numerous industries including food, feed and packaging. This ISO based scheme was created to fill the global need for a Food Safety Standard for those already certified and operating under ISO 22000 principles. This course will explore the FSSC 22000 scheme requirements including its history, the corresponding ISO components, food safety management system implementation strategies and the overall certification process. |
